I’ve been coming to this car wash for quite a while, and Karen is always one of the highlights of my visit. She is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. No matter how busy it gets, she always takes the time to greet customers with a smile and make sure they get the best wash option for their needs. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service keep me coming back. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, and Karen does an amazing job every time. Highly recommend! 10/10 will recommend 😊

Had a great experience! Karen was very welcoming and made everything easy from the start. She was knowledgeable about the wash packages, answered my questions, and helped me find the best option. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Definitely a great first impression!

The employee wearing glasses, Brian (the manager), was extremely difficult to deal with and provided the worst customer service I've experienced. He lacked basic professionalism and courtesy in the way he spoke to customers. I was charged for a service that I never received. When I requested a refund, Brian refused to discuss the issue. Instead, he raised his voice, told me he didn't want to talk to me, and walked away while I was still trying to explain the situation. This was completely unacceptable. Overall, this car wash is not worth the money. Their prices are already high, but they don't even include basic interior vacuuming. The air blowers are weak and ineffective. If you want your car vacuumed and cleaned inside, you have to pay an additional $60–$70 or more, and even then, the quality of the cleaning is poor. To make matters worse, I was charged for services I never received, and my refund request was denied. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone at all. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. Instead quick quick car wash newly opened few months ago across from Sam's club is way better anand prices are pretty low.

very disappionting experience, did go for full interior cleaning and its not worth the price, whole interior had bad smell maybe they used uncleaned towel. Also there are oil like stains left on the dashboard, car seats, sides every where. The mexican lady was too quick and also disappionting.

Yesterday around 6 PM, I took my car in for a full detail, and it was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. I paid $75, and they finished the entire interior and exterior in about 10 minutes. No professional detail job is done properly in that amount of time. When I checked the car, there was still plenty of dirt and dust inside. The wiping was rushed and poorly done. I kept pointing out areas they missed, and honestly, I felt like I could have spent $5 on cleaning supplies and done a better job myself. I would give this service 0/10. Several people had already warned me about this place because of its bad reputation, but I decided to give them a chance. I regret it. I do not recommend this car wash. The service quality is poor, there seems to be no organization or management, employees work however they feel like, and the prices do not match the quality of service provided. Save your money and go somewhere else.
